Buyer Guide

From claiming an item to holding it in your hands — here is how it works, and what you need to do at each step.

Pick and claim an item

Find an item in the catalogue (fixed price) or at auction. Check the description, condition, and certificate number before you claim. At auction, a bid is a commitment to buy.

Pay into escrow

Complete payment before the deadline. Your money is held by YourMarketplace — it is not passed on to the seller yet.

The item ships

The seller ships with tracked delivery. Follow its progress on the Track Order page.

Receive and inspect carefully (within 48 hours)

The moment the parcel arrives you MUST inspect it properly — condition, completeness, authenticity, and whether it matches the description, photos, and certificate. You MUST record an unbroken unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel; you upload this video when you confirm receipt (required for every product). You have a maximum of 48 hours (2×24 hours) from delivery to inspect.

Confirm, or request a refund

All good? Press "As Described — Confirm Receipt" and the funds go to the seller. Not as described? Press "Not As Described — Request Refund" on the Track page and add your explanation plus photo and video evidence before the 48 hours are up — your money stays safe in escrow throughout the review. With neither a confirmation nor a complaint within 48 hours, the item is deemed AS DESCRIBED and the funds are released to the seller automatically.

Aturan main yang wajib diingat

Never pay a seller directly or deal outside YourMarketplace — including through contact details shared in chat. Off-platform deals have no escrow, no verification, no refund guarantee, and are not the responsibility of YourMarketplace.
You MUST inspect the item carefully as soon as it arrives, within 48 hours. An unbroken unboxing video is your strongest evidence in a complaint — without adequate proof, a complaint is hard to approve.
Confirming is mandatory when the item is as described. Without a complaint within 48 hours of delivery, the item counts as accepted as described, the funds go to the seller, and the transaction is closed — complaints after that cannot be processed.
"As Described — Confirm Receipt" is final — inspect thoroughly first, then press it.
Use the official YourMarketplace Chat to ask sellers questions — phone numbers, addresses, and invitations to deal off-platform are redacted automatically for your safety.

Seller Guide

Reach serious collectors and keep your reputation intact. Follow this flow and your payouts land smoothly, without disputes.

Submit your item

Send your own photos (not catalogue shots), an honest description including every last flaw, and proof of authenticity: receipt, box, tags, or a grading slab.

Pass verification

A curator reviews your submission. Items that pass receive a YourMarketplace certificate number and go live in the catalogue or at auction.

Sold — funds enter escrow

You are notified as soon as the buyer pays. The money is safely in escrow: that is your signal to ship.

Ship within 48 hours

Use a courier with tracked delivery, plus insurance for expensive items. You MUST record an unbroken packing video (item → packed → parcel sealed) and upload it when you enter the tracking number — without the video, the order cannot be marked as shipped.

Get paid

Once the buyer confirms (or the confirmation window closes with no complaint), the funds land in your account, less the agreed service fee.

Aturan main yang wajib diingat

Counterfeit goods = permanent account freeze + funds withheld + legal action.
Describe the condition exactly as it is — an upheld complaint sends the money back to the buyer.
Shipping late without notice damages your reputation and can get your account restricted.
Packing it safely is your responsibility until the buyer has the item in hand.
