From claiming an item to holding it in your hands — here is how it works, and what you need to do at each step.
Find an item in the catalogue (fixed price) or at auction. Check the description, condition, and certificate number before you claim. At auction, a bid is a commitment to buy.
Complete payment before the deadline. Your money is held by YourMarketplace — it is not passed on to the seller yet.
The seller ships with tracked delivery. Follow its progress on the Track Order page.
The moment the parcel arrives you MUST inspect it properly — condition, completeness, authenticity, and whether it matches the description, photos, and certificate. You MUST record an unbroken unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel; you upload this video when you confirm receipt (required for every product). You have a maximum of 48 hours (2×24 hours) from delivery to inspect.
All good? Press "As Described — Confirm Receipt" and the funds go to the seller. Not as described? Press "Not As Described — Request Refund" on the Track page and add your explanation plus photo and video evidence before the 48 hours are up — your money stays safe in escrow throughout the review. With neither a confirmation nor a complaint within 48 hours, the item is deemed AS DESCRIBED and the funds are released to the seller automatically.
Reach serious collectors and keep your reputation intact. Follow this flow and your payouts land smoothly, without disputes.
Send your own photos (not catalogue shots), an honest description including every last flaw, and proof of authenticity: receipt, box, tags, or a grading slab.
A curator reviews your submission. Items that pass receive a YourMarketplace certificate number and go live in the catalogue or at auction.
You are notified as soon as the buyer pays. The money is safely in escrow: that is your signal to ship.
Use a courier with tracked delivery, plus insurance for expensive items. You MUST record an unbroken packing video (item → packed → parcel sealed) and upload it when you enter the tracking number — without the video, the order cannot be marked as shipped.
Once the buyer confirms (or the confirmation window closes with no complaint), the funds land in your account, less the agreed service fee.
